Ready for Media Cultures

After almost a three month break from college, another new semester has finally commenced. It is now time to enter Level 5 of the degree program. Not gonna lie, I am a little nervous for this semester as I've heard seniors saying that Level 5 is the most stressful and crazy part among the other levels. But despite that, I am interested and ready to explore what new things I may learn this semester. I am ready to further improve my skills and of course, improve my essay writing skills too.

So let's get started!

Last semester was about Internet Cultures, where we study how the Internet was formed, what various features that the Internet has brought to us and how the internet has shaped our society today. This semester, we are going to explore Media Cultures. A subject that is commonly included in university course modules, it explores the course, tensions, and dynamics of mediated cultural worlds; it examines the audience as a spectator, creator, and commodity. (Www2.le.ac.uk, n.d.) Media includes print media, photography, broadcasting, publishing, cinema, and advertising.
